Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Diploma with experiences are welcome to apply.
• Experiences in technical sales will be a plus. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of valves and applications, P&ID, piping drawings, industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API, etc.)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and direct interact with stake holder.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like Japanese or Mandarin are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar in Project Management tools and CRM are preferable

Specific Requirements

• Willing to do work onsite area (onshore & offshore – overseas)
• Preferably maximum of 28 years old
• Preferably having experience or would like to learn no code/ low code apps such as power platform, appsheet, etc.
• Preferably having experience on valve or pump repair and services

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement; manage professional communication with customers, maintaining and organized records of customer interactions.
• Sales Process Management: track and manage sales data, update and follow ups, overcome objections, and lead through to the closing process.
• Product Knowledge; respond to query and drive to opportunity with all round knowledge of company product and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams; monitor and ensure confirm opportunity to be delivered as per contract/PO
• Analyzed sales pipeline; evaluate the ongoing and previous opportunities to propose improvements
• Prudent and take ownership of the end to end sales process
