Engineering Technical Solution

Geolyra Energy provides a wide range services on multidiscipline in mechanical engineering, primarily on piping and valve, including but not limited to provide calculation and review, design verification, generate technical datasheet, root-cause analysis, develop maintenance program, etc.

At field, our project engineers may review isometric and/or P&ID drawing, generate test pack, supervision of piping works such as flanged joint, valve database, and other field engineering works.

Detect and solve problem at the earliest possible stage could avoid expensive and unnecessary cost at later stages.

VIDAS

Valve management is keep evolving as part of big data movement.
Massive valve data sets that 20 years ago were very difficult to be well managed, nowadays, they can be produced, stored, understood, used, and analyzed easily.

By applying VIDAS (Valve Integrated Data Analytical System) together with our VSA (Valve Surveillance Audit), accurate analysis is achievable, from descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and even prescriptive analysis.​

Asset Surveillance Audit

As a part of valve management solution, Geolyra Energy provides a surveillance audit program to observe and facts-gathering of the actual condition of the asset (valves).

Our Valve Surveillance Audit (VSA) is intended to provide professional feedback up to development of a systematic program for maintenance, to improve the valves’ MTBF and its RMA, reduce down-time, and ultimately helping customer in achieving its operational excellence.​

Provision of Technical Resources

In valve world, Geolyra Energy personnel may take roles as:

  • Valve Engineer who can provide technical advice during design & selection up to operation & maintenance
  • Valve Inspector, including FAT Inspector who ensures the valve being purchased meets each technical criteria
  • Valve Expeditor who represents End User to ensure the valve being purchased meets the manufacturing schedule as well as the technical specification in order to meet project’s timeline
  • Valve Service Specialist who is performing technical job (mostly hands-on) including but not limited to performing inspection, repair/rectification, testing, both offsite (workshop) and onsite (onshore/offshore)

Geolyra Energy supplies various pipes, flanges, fittings, and its accessories. We develop partnership with many leading manufacturers both carbon steel and stainless-steel material.
